Merging analogue and digital data

Following the introduction of digital tachographs, fleets will be generating both analogue and digital tachograph data for a transitional period. Analogue data can be digitalized quite easily, with our evaluation solutions able to present driver activities in the form of a tachograph chart for both analogue and digital tachographs, among other options. This allows a complete record of activities to be obtained for drivers and vehicles. In addition, the digital data that has been archived offers many opportunities for evaluation to support improved fleet management.

Importing tachograph chart data

The tachograph charts used in analogue tachographs can also be digitalized, and comprehensive evaluation options are available for this data. We offer two methods of archiving tachograph chart data:

_ The chart analyser reads the data from the chart and digitizes it.

_ For large fleets, a flatbed scanner is the ideal solution. This allows data from six tachograph charts to be digitalized at once.
